In addition to mouth watering Tri-Tip Grilled Santa Maria style over RED OAK,  our menu also includes slowly smoked Chicken,

smoked Brisket, Beef Ribs and our succulent Pork Ribs. These popular barbecue favorites are also prepared the long way.

In our smokers, we slowly smoke each and every piece of meat ensuring a deep smoky flavor reaches the bone in every piece. Our Brisket take 16 hours to smoke and our ribs are smoked, then finished off on the grill. In fact, it will be "Fallin off the bone".
